Three Course Meal
Starters
- Goats Cheese mousse topped with chives and beetroot served on a crostini.
- Pan Seared Scallops served on pea puree with a beurre blanc sauce
- Chicken and Pistachio terrine served with dressed leafs and onion chutney
Main
- Ballotine of chicken stuffed with mushroom, wrapped in parma ham, served with creamed potatoes, rainbow char and portobello mushroom sauce
